In this place, we show up messy, exhausted, wild, powerful, loud, jiggly, scared, soft, curious, imperfect, glorious, and fully ourselves. Whatever that looks like in this moment, there is something for you here.

I discovered the profound impact of yoga and other somatic practices on my life in 2014. Chronic illness, anxiety, depression, late-diagnosed Autism/ADHD, and complex PTSD were once overwhelming to my nervous system. I was constantly in burnout or pain, or both. I felt powerless against societal systems and my own traumatic history.

Things began to change as I started to explore tools for understanding and nourishing my body and mind…but most importantly, my nervous system.

My mission is to share this transformative practice with everyone, especially those in larger, and/or chronically ill, and/or disabled bodies. Here, every body is celebrated and supported.
