    If this is your first time booking a private virtual session, please start with our 20-minute FREE consultation.

    Once you have booked your free session, an email will be sent to you with a short survey. Please complete this survey before your consultation, as it will help me better distill your needs, desires, and ultimately help us shape the path forward.

    It's okay to be nervous. It's okay to be afraid. I've got you. Take a few deep belly breaths. Feel the muscles in the belly expand and stretch as you inhale. Now exhale nice and slow....draw out the breath slowly from the body and feel your shoulders relax away from your ears. Do this a few more times until you begin to feel calm spread from the belly out into the rest of the body.
