Why A Virtual Studio?

I want to meet you right where you are. In the places where you feel safe, in the body you have right now, and in the moments that work for you. That’s why All Bodies Yoga has gone virtual.

For many, traditional gyms or studios aren’t accessible. This could be due to spaces not accommodating our bodies, the energy it takes to show up where we often face judgment, the hardship of or financial constraints. Regardless of the reason, everyone deserves equal access to these healing practices. Virtual yoga bridges the gap, offering accessibility where there was little to none.

A virtual studio allows us to offer classes tailored to your specific anatomy, without breaking the bank. You can join a class or work with an instructor one-on-one from the comfort of your own home or even in the beauty of a park!

Join me for virtual live and on-demand classes in movement, meditation, and other healing practices. Together, we’ll calm the fluctuations of our minds (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 1.1) and engage deeply with the present moment.

How Does It work?

There are a million wonderful ways to practice yoga!

Live Virtual Classes:
These classes are held via Zoom. Once you register for class a link will be sent to you via email. Simply click on the link when it's time for class. The Instructor will let you in when it begins, introduce themselves, and then facilitate class.
Easy-peasy. Participation is ALWAYS optional. You're not even required to have your mic or camera on.
When facilitating classes we will often put our Zoom class in focus mode, so the teacher can see all of you, but you can only see the instructor.
Props will often be used in class as well. A list of props will be included in each class description. In your confirmation email we'll give suggestions on items to use from your home as props! See you on the mat.
